Job Responsibilities

• Perform first hand IT help desk/technical support to users for the office.
• Design, implement and support to all IT infrastructure, including server, network device and PC.
• Design, implement and maintenance of policies for network and system security.
• Manage IT security solutions include firewall, anti-virus and intrusion protection.
• Hands-on all-rounded administrative role across Desktop & Infrastructure, covering PC / Laptop / Mobile / Printer hardware...etc.
• Perform system activity check, health monitoring and troubleshooting
• Enforce Information security standards to all workstations through day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for manage IT inventory, system upgrades and software licensing.
• Responsible for cloud related project, include infrastructure design and migration.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of computer hardware, software, Windows Server and networks.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a technical support role is preferred.
• Experience on Windows Server, Linux, Cisco Products, Firewall, VPN, VMware, Hyper-V and backup solutions.
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure (Ali Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS), AI, software programming is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Work independently and under pressure with “can do” attitude.

Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain long term relationship with key customers
• Explore potential new business opportunities and various ways to reach target customers
• Increase market share with existing customers to achieve business target and sales lead generation programs
• Liaison with valued clients for potential marketing opportunities
• Provide full spectrum of high quality support to Marketing Department

Job Requirements:

Assistant Accountant - Hong Kong listed group

Duties

• Responsible for general accounting duties including prepare vouchers and arrange payments
• Process accounts receivable including issue invoices, reconcile sales reports and journal entries
• Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliation and expense reimbursements
• Handle reconciliation of inter-company accounts and support month end closing

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting. Experience in company secretary will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel skills.
• Experiences in Peachtree and Flex system would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, hands-on and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese
